少額のビットコイン決済を非課税にする法案が連邦議会で審議中。決済大手のBlock社も「ビットコインを日常のお金に」を掲げるキャンペーンを始めています。
少額決済の非課税化や、税制の簡素化を求める提言書が、すべての下院議員のもとに届けられています。
2025年の設立とともに公表された最初の政策提言は、少額決済の非課税化でした。
この動きの中心には、それぞれの国で「Bitcoin Policy」を名乗る独立組織があります。ノルウェーやインドにも、同じ名前を持つ組織が生まれています。

A bill to exempt small Bitcoin payments from tax is before Congress. Payments giant Block has launched a campaign to make Bitcoin "everyday money."
Proposals for a small-payment tax exemption and simpler crypto taxation have been delivered to every member of the House of Commons.
Founded in 2025 — and its very first policy proposal was a tax exemption for small Bitcoin payments.
At the center of each movement stands an independent "Bitcoin Policy" organization. Norway and India have them too.
Japan — not yet.
